New Life Recovery Centers works closely with attorneys to advocate your recovery verses incarceration. We recognize addiction as the primary cause for most offenses. We work on your behalf throughout the United States.

New Life Recovery Centers works in concert with the judicial system when necessary - attorneys, judges, probation officers, and parole officers, to coordinate treatment for individuals with current and/or prior legal issues that require the assistance. We provide all services including court appearances and follow up with court requirements which can provide a preferred alternative to sentencing. Also included are clear communications between courts, attorney’s and probation and jail interviews can also be conducted. Recovery Centers provide services to advocate recovery. 

Legal Help

New Life Recovery Centers offers:
  1. Letters for the Court to include acceptance, progress reports, termination and/or completion letters.

  2. Court appearances, when necessary and upon court or probation request. You may contact New Life Recovery Centers at 1-866-894-6572 for more information.

  3. Court dates will be attended by clients and their continued progress will be notated to includes documented 12-step meetings (signed and verified), a New Life Recovery Centers program progress letter, and a letter from a sponsor (12-step program).

  4. All rules and guidelines will have read and signed by program participants prior to entering. A release of confidentiality is signed by all clients to guarantee the most timely communication between New Life Recovery Centers and referral entities regarding progress.

  5. All activity (log-in/log-out sheets) are closely monitored by New Life Recovery Centers. Clients are held accountable for where they go and when they go. All information is made available for probation or any other court entities.

  6. In the event of a client relapse, we assure complete client and community safety by referring client to: (a) detoxification or medical facility (if necessary); (b) a higher level of care (i.e. detox and/or residential treatment); (c) a safe and sober contact (i.e. a sponsor or a clean and sober friend/relative; and/or (d) an SLE House transfer.
