You initial treatment with us is just the beginning of a lifelong process.
Ongoing growth and recovery in all areas of life is a must -
because much of the user's entire life has been affected by drug addiction and alcoholism.
New Life
Recovery Center provides a free, lifetime Aftercare
program. These meetings are weekly and open to all graduates
of our program. Typically, clients that participate in the Aftercare
Program have, in most instances, completed either residential, day,
and / or outpatient treatment programs.
Although
many aftercare clients have completed our primary treatment
programs, clients are more likely to be successful from
abstaining from drugs and alcohol if they are involved in
ongoing recovery events and activities. New Life Recovery Center's Aftercare program consists of a weekly group facilitated by an experienced counselor.
This professional aids clients in their day-to-day recovery efforts,
by assisting them in creating and achieving goals.
Aftercare is a forum in which clients may explore
various topics to include: 12-step meeting participation,
sponsorship, and other day-to-day issues.
