Many family members can and are affected by Alcohol and Drug addiction. Besides the addict or alcoholic, these diseases affect the entire family. The proper treatment for all recovery phases are necessary for the successful recovery of all involved including the addict or alcoholic, the family and friends.

Once appearing to be a seemingly hopeless situation, New Life Recovery Centers has precisely blended the family involvement into the treatment and beyond.  In order to offer the correct support mechanism for all families, New Life Recovery Centers has developed a Family Education Program to meet the many needs of family members and friends that have been adversely affected by the addict and / or alcoholic's abuse.

Various volumes of information and resources along with classes and meetings are offered at New Life Recovery Centers.

New Life Recovery Centers has a targeted objective regarding drug and alcohol education programs for the families and friends of its clients. Principles of recovery are introduced along with the needed social and emotional support that is the key to successful long-term recovery. The aspect of education for the New Life Recovery Centers Family Program aids the client and the client's family members and friends better understand the various intricacies of alcoholism and drug addiction. Family Group meet every Saturday at our Treatment Center.

Family members of New Life Recovery Centers clients are welcome to attend the Family Program.

Services include:

- Education Groups facilitated by professional counseling staff
- Education of clients in the disease process, ensuring they develop an understanding of addiction
- Instruction of psychological, medical, and spiritual affects due to addiction for both clients and their family
- Introduction to 12-step and Alanon recovery programs within the community
